Right of Withdrawal & Digital Services
In accordance with consumer regulations regarding digital content and instant execution services, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once analysis credits have been consumed and digital output files (CSV, SVG, GLB, PNG) have been delivered to the user.
Special Refund Exceptions
If a technical error on our platform prevents delivery of an analysis, or if unauthorized credit deduction occurs due to a system glitch, our support team will immediately review server logs and issue a full credit or monetary refund within 5 business days.
