1. Usage & Security Rules
imalat.app provides computational geometric analysis, automated dimensioning, and fabrication document generation for exhibition booths, custom cabinetry, and commercial fixtures. Users agree not to input malicious software, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or use the service for any unlawful purposes.
2. Rights & Responsibilities
All intellectual property rights regarding uploaded design visuals remain the sole property of the user. imalat.app claims no ownership over user-uploaded 3D models or imagery. However, because our service utilizes machine learning and geometric estimation, all generated fabrication outputs (including dimensions, clear spans, and cutting lists) are engineering estimations that must be checked and confirmed by a qualified production engineer or workshop supervisor prior to physical cutting.
3. Account Termination & Suspension
imalat.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system security, engage in unauthorized automated scraping, or commit payment fraud. Users may cancel their account and request deletion of their data at any time.
4. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications blackouts, or government restrictions.
5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the platform shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Directorates.
