BUYER: The registered individual or commercial entity purchasing credits or subscriptions via imalat.app.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the purchase of automated 3D architectural, exhibition booth, and furniture manufacturing analysis credits delivered electronically.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY TERMS
The purchased digital services and analysis credits are activated instantly upon successful payment gateway authorization.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted the preliminary information, technical capabilities, and pricing specifications prior to payment confirmation.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION
As digital services are performed instantly upon execution, right of withdrawal exceptions apply once computational analysis is delivered.
ARTICLE 6 - JURISDICTION
Disputes shall be submitted to the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.
